Menu should stick to top on mobile
Hey there! Small change you guys need to make...
On mobile devices in portrait view, the menu should stick to the top as the user scrolls down. That way, it's easier for them to navigate on smartphones.

Picture Captions
It would be really great if at some point we'd could caption pictures. Captions really would come in handy when you have multiple pictures in a quote and you want to help correlate content in the quote with a picture to drive the issues home.

Text Block Library Per Template
Templates can be for COMPLETELY different agreements. So wading through all of the Text Blocks that aren't relevant is going to not scale well when you have lots of different agreement templates.

Allow for custom naming of folders in custom domain
It would be helpful to have the option to choose the sub-folder names when using a custom domain. We use Nifty Quoter for both proposals and agreements. It would be nice if both types of forms didn't end up in the automatically named "Proposals" sub-folder in our custom domain.
If it were possible, we'd do this:
Proposals would go to customdomain.com/proposals/xxxxx
Agreements would go to customdomain.com/agreements/xxxxxx

Service item with one-time cost + recurring cost
Hi,
We'd have some services like "a particular module" with one-time cost $ 1'000 and $ 10 / month.It'd be great to get this item on single item line.

add a "Flag for followup" feature
I really wish I could flag a proposal for follow-up on a particular day (and that date would show up and be sortable in the proposals list page)

Integrate links to NQ Proposals into the Freshbooks Estimates list
I use Freshbooks for invoicing and love that i can send approved proposals/estimates from NiftyQuoter straight to my Freshbooks account (although there are some issues that need to be fixed with this - if the the client already exists it doesn't apply and instead creates a new duplicate of the client, and the converted proposals don't link up to 'projects' in Freshbooks) ... but anyway .... It would be a great improvement in the NiftQuoter to Freshbooks integration if proposals in NQ showed up in the "Estimates" list in Freshbooks - just a link to the proposal is all that…

Redesign Proposal Overview Page
The more I use niftyQuoter, the more it seems i am evolving to using it not only as a place to create project proposals / estimates, but also as a sort of file cabinet of my projects - the starting point for my project management funnel.
I think the other idea i posted here for the option to display the proposals list in a boxed/grid type view

Links clicked statistics
I would love to be able to have some way to know if links in the proposal have been clicked on - and know more about the interaction with the proposal in general. sections viewed - links clicked, if they play around with optional list items / quantities, etc. anything along those lines helps :)

cc and bcc in comments page.
Of real benefit would be to be able to cc and bcc a comment/discussion. This would allow relevant stakeholders in the organisation to be kept informed of developments of a proposal should the need arise.

Ask for the name of who is viewing for the proposal so i can see who it is shared with
- Can I have a proposal require the first name and last name of the person viewing it. a. I have no way of knowing when they share the link the link around. b. I would love for the page to require a first name and last name to be viewed each time it is viewed with a new user session. c. Import 1 client at a time from pipedrive as needed. I imported all my contacts from pipedrive but only wish to have the ones with active items in nifty... it would be great to import selected records only as an option as well.
