Header and footer

It could be nice to have customized header and footer in the pdf version of the quote.

    Would love this feature :)
    I would use [ProposalCode] [ClientName] [ClientFullAddress] in top right header so each page had a reference with this information.

    And a page number would also be handy in header as appose to footer.
