    You can definitely archive or change the state of multiple proposals, but you probably know that by now!

    I do this all the time - just a matter of setting up a template then using pricing tables. Can't mix and match, though, the proposal has to show all line item totals or none. Then I put a pricing table with no line items at the bottom to show grand total.
