  2. Zoho Books Integration

    Hi there. The ability to integrate with Zoho Books to create invoices like with Freshbooks would be amazing. I don't think Freshbooks is doing that well, to be honest. They have just announced a boost in pricing for all Freshbooks classic users. I suspect a lot of people will be moving away from it and to alternatives like Zoho Books. Zoho Books also is rated quite highly from sources such as PCMag. They say that it is equivalent to Quickbooks Online. So, I think this integration would make a lot of people happy.

  3. LET ACTION LOGS BE DOWNLOADABLE MANUALLY

    When the client clicks on "accept proposal" there is the possibility to add text fields to sign it.

    In our case, we ask for billing information, and it would be great if this information could be added to the proposal field or at least downloadable.

  5. Editing pricing table shouln't be enabled when the proposal is locked

    It's a bummer when you didn't notice the proposal is locked and you've just updated all the prices...

  6. To allow setup of folders within File Manager to store images and otehr collateral

    AT present all your proposal collateral by way of images are held within a single folder on the file manager. For organisation purposes it would be far better if we could create sub folders relating to individual clients or categories of images to be uploaded.

  8. Add the ability to clone themes or move the cover image as part of the content of the proposal

    The primary issue we have is the ability to customize the cover of a proposal to personalize it to the brand/industry for the potential client. Currently there is not a easy way to take an existing theme and clone it just to switch out the cover photo. Even better would be the ability to edit the cover image as part of the content of the proposal so themes would not need to be duplicated just for making a change to the cover.

  12. Menu should stick to top on mobile

    Hey there! Small change you guys need to make...

    On mobile devices in portrait view, the menu should stick to the top as the user scrolls down. That way, it's easier for them to navigate on smartphones.

  14. Show margin / markup percentage

    It would be great if NQ could show the margin percentage in addition to the total profit amount. This should be per item, and would be even better if by changing the margin %, the system could automatically calculate the selling price.

  16. Version Control

    Hello, it would be really good if you could store previous versions of quotes automatically and allow you to roll back if the customer wants say version 3 out of 5. It is very difficult to keep track of this process at the moment.

    I love that we can see which proposals have been viewed. However, I would love it even more if I could get some form of report per proposal or in aggregate which would show me what sections are being viewed, for how long, and how many times. That would help my sales team understand what they might need to reach out to their prospects with

    Hello,

    the reason we don’t have section specific stats now is that clients can just scroll through the whole proposal, they don’t have to click on the sections to see them. So it’s hard to track what section are they looking at.
    If we did this, the results wouldn’t be too precise, because there are some corner cases: two sections displayed at the same time, (fast) scrolling back and forth etc.

    Hi, we are Authorised Consulting Partners for Zoho CRM and we are using NiftyQuoter (which we love) but I have been recommending my CRM clients to use Pandadoc as it integrates seamlessly with Zoho CRM.
    Are there any plans for you to further integrate NQ into Zoho CRM?

  20. Add Xero link to Pipedrive deal

    Much like a link to the proposal gets posted to the Pipedrive worksheet, a link to the Xero invoice would be helpful to go directly to the invoice without having to use NiftyQuoter as the go-between.
