disable viewing approved proposals
Our clients are able to pull up our contracts when they are no longer our clients. They can still download them and pass them along to other vendors with information about our methods, strategy, and more. The expiration date feature only allows us to block proposals from being viewed but it doesn't block approved proposals.

Allow custom classes for custom CSS on blocks
Ability to have each block have a unique tag for unique styling, for example if I wanted to have my pricing table in 3 columns I could assign float left, middle and right to each uniquely classed pricing table.

gostaria de sugerir de cadastrar modelos de conteúdos para propostas, para quando for criar um modelo de proposta eu possa usar o modelo de conteúdo também, e quando eu atualizar o modelo do conteúdo que também atualize para todos os modelos de proposta.

olá, gostaria de sugerir em criar modelos de conteúdos prontos, quando eu for inserir uma section ou text, ele aparece-se uma opção de escolher modelos de conteúdos prontos que eu cadastrei antes, e se eu mexesse nesses modelos iria alterar em todos as propostas, porquê da muito trabalho hoje quando tenho que mexer em algum conteúdo que é o mesmo em todas os modelos de propostas, tenho q entrar 1 a 1, isso facilitaria um monte.

Search
Search function - would be good to upgrade the search capability, so that if I type in a search term and hit enter I get a webpage that lists all the proposals returning that term? At present I just get a preview showing two results and have to scroll down through the results

ActiveCampaign integration
Could you please integrate with ActiveCampaign CRM? So when a contact is tagged NiftyQuoter it pushes the contact and company through to NiftyQuoter.

add contractors
the proposal can easily be adapted to contracts with vendors... that would be great and it is something that competitors who are much more expensive

Have report showing a breakdown of items/services accepted (sold) and values.
It would help to see what items/services are more popular so decisions can made on what to stop offering,etc.

Allow customization of favicon
We can brand everything except for the favicon seen in the browser window and favorites section - that is a default "Q"
In order to preserve customization/branding and not to confuse our customers we would like the option to upload our own favicon when in the branding process.

Zoho Books Integration
Hi there. The ability to integrate with Zoho Books to create invoices like with Freshbooks would be amazing. I don't think Freshbooks is doing that well, to be honest. They have just announced a boost in pricing for all Freshbooks classic users. I suspect a lot of people will be moving away from it and to alternatives like Zoho Books. Zoho Books also is rated quite highly from sources such as PCMag. They say that it is equivalent to Quickbooks Online. So, I think this integration would make a lot of people happy.

LET ACTION LOGS BE DOWNLOADABLE MANUALLY
When the client clicks on "accept proposal" there is the possibility to add text fields to sign it.
In our case, we ask for billing information, and it would be great if this information could be added to the proposal field or at least downloadable.

Editing pricing table shouln't be enabled when the proposal is locked
It's a bummer when you didn't notice the proposal is locked and you've just updated all the prices...

To allow setup of folders within File Manager to store images and otehr collateral
AT present all your proposal collateral by way of images are held within a single folder on the file manager. For organisation purposes it would be far better if we could create sub folders relating to individual clients or categories of images to be uploaded.

Automatically adjust quantities filed based on another quantity. If 2 x PC's are selects then automatically adjust the labor to 2.

Add accordion sections as an element
We sell SEO and related online marketing services, which tend to have a long list of deliverables. This is not such a big deal when the proposal is only for a single service. However, when a prospect requires more than one service (ex: web design, SEO and PPC), this can make a proposal extremely long and that is very overwhelming to the prospect (we have surveyed this and it was nearly unanimous). Word Export Option
See if DocRaptor or another plugin/service can help to enable MS Word exports. As much as we hate word, some attorneys want our agreements in word so that they can mark them up for changes.

Add the ability to clone themes or move the cover image as part of the content of the proposal
The primary issue we have is the ability to customize the cover of a proposal to personalize it to the brand/industry for the potential client. Currently there is not a easy way to take an existing theme and clone it just to switch out the cover photo. Even better would be the ability to edit the cover image as part of the content of the proposal so themes would not need to be duplicated just for making a change to the cover.
