Graduated Discounting for multiple quantities
Our pricing has graduated discounting, ie. 1st item full price 2-5 10% discount, 5 or more 20% discount. It would be nice to be able to be able to apply these discounts to specific line items.

One of the most important features missing is a LINK between proposals revisions
When we make a copy of a revision because customer for example wants to have other prices or other units, there is some features missing:
ability to have a link to the past proposals
ability to automatic create names of proposals based in a reference, like ProposalV1, ProposalV2
and very important, when copy a proposal, software should ask if we want to copy also the conversation and discussions.
We need to know what conversations lead to that particular revision.

Version Control
Hello, it would be really good if you could store previous versions of quotes automatically and allow you to roll back if the customer wants say version 3 out of 5. It is very difficult to keep track of this process at the moment.

Integration with MS Dynamics CRM
Integrate with MS Dynamics CRM. Load accounts/contacts in NiftyQuoter. Close opps in Dynamics when approved in NQ would be nice.

Add Expired to the Dashboard pie chart
Currently, the pie chart shows percentage of proposals that were actively rejected by the client, but there's no way to identify proposals that were passively rejected (viewed, but client never actually rejected the proposal, they just let it expire). It looks like these proposals will be forever included in the Viewed percentage, which skews that metric. We'd like to see how many proposals expire with no response from the client in the chart.

Allow for custom naming of folders in custom domain
It would be helpful to have the option to choose the sub-folder names when using a custom domain. We use Nifty Quoter for both proposals and agreements. It would be nice if both types of forms didn't end up in the automatically named "Proposals" sub-folder in our custom domain.
If it were possible, we'd do this:
Proposals would go to customdomain.com/proposals/xxxxx
Agreements would go to customdomain.com/agreements/xxxxxx

iOs and Android improvements
Hi,
It would be nice if you could improve the support for mobile devices. It's very difficult to edit quotes in those devices because the drop down menus don't work, and also you can't add rows and move them. I have an iPad that I use with clients and it would be extremly useful if I can quote them right in the meetings.

discussion inbox widget
It would be awesome guys if you added some sort of inbox widget to the dashboard where we would be able to see any new comments left by clients, and be able to hit reply and answer it right there within the window or modal popup. It would only show those that are new and we have not responded to yet.

Text Block Library Per Template
Templates can be for COMPLETELY different agreements. So wading through all of the Text Blocks that aren't relevant is going to not scale well when you have lots of different agreement templates.

Add an independent tab / area to organize and edit the content library.
In addition to the extremely long list of content items running down the LH side of a proposal in editing mode, it would be good to have a tab for keeping this library of content organized. Ideally, having tags or folders for sections or types of content would also help to have the accordion of content that you need to drag into the proposal expand and contract without scrolling forever to get to the snippet of content you need to use.

Exporting as Word for review/edits... or expand "Discuss" for redlining and add citations.
Assuming your discuss feature allows the note to be attached to a section of text, it would enable an approval with edits. This would avoid the need to export a doc as an editable / redlined Word doc. Could enable versioning this way as well.

Supplier Info
Hi,
In the proposal tab a supplier field would be great to add the supplier costs and who is the supplier, but these info shows just to the user to make easier to track supplier/costs used in the proposal.

Discounts for groups
the discount should apply only to the items above the discount row, up to the group header? Rather than applying it to all items.

Prospect activity reports
What I'd love to see is any type of graphical trending reports such as:
1) number of people who opened the proposal by day
2) avg amount of time spent viewing the proposal by day
3) number of comments posted by dayThat would help us analyze levels of activity by our prospects.
I could also imagine those specific reports being able to aggregate up for all proposals and being available via the dashboard
