  1. sales tax

    Sales tax calculation using Avalara AvaTax
    https://www.avalara.com/products/sales-and-use-tax/avatax-2/

    This would be helpful for occasional proposals where we do not know the sales tax rate. It should be fairly simple and it would require a customer address to validate.

    The API is free and the most accurate tax calculation is available using the full street address. I would just want to make sure that we could apply a tax rate of 0% for non-taxable lines and maybe set my default tax rate to "Lookup" similar to how Xero does their Avalara integration.

  7. Preview page layout for page sizes

    It is annoying to have to download a quote every time you wish to see if the formatting is correct.
    Just like in word can the page size be set either when laying out a page or a print preview button that shows if the format is not correct?

  8. Possibility to select gender as a token

    This would give the possibility to personalize much more the proposal an also the mail-contact to the client.

  10. Button to collapse all quotes details

    My quotes have a lot of lines, and I'm often pressing 'Save'... so, all my quotes table details are expansed each time, I press 'Save'.

    Could you add an link/button to collapse everything at once ? It'd be very useful. thanks

  13. Picture Captions

    It would be really great if at some point we'd could caption pictures. Captions really would come in handy when you have multiple pictures in a quote and you want to help correlate content in the quote with a picture to drive the issues home.

  14. Editable quantity at pricing table level

    I use pricing tables to group items when I want a subtotal without line totals. It would take this to the next level if it was possible to change the quantity of all the items in the group at once.

    It would be great to have price templates fed directly from google spreadsheets. I currently have to export each one to csv, then import them on Niftyquoter every time I change prices.

    I'd like to be able to add a token (address) to the email I receive when a proposal is approved. Similar to how the translation section allows editing the email I receive when a comment is made.
