To avoid creating new proposals everytime there is a revision, I often just update the existing one but in the instance that I need to refer back to the prior version, if I haven't downloaded the PDF, I've completely lost the details from the original. It would be nice to have version control back at least 3 revisions that would be kept for say 30 days, at which point only the most recent revision would be retained.
