In our case, we are event planners and we use nitify quoter to send budgets to possible exhibitors of our festivals.
It would be interesting that the new clients could insert the NIF, company name, brand name and other text we need to know... AND then byclicking on "approve proposal" the info could be safe at least in the pdf.
