Subtotals using group header line
I really like the idea of subtotals. It would provide my clients dynamic pricing information without having to grab the calculator out to add each group up.
IE.
KITCHEN (Group Header)
To make and install kitchen ...... $1000.00
Upgrade 20mm benchtops ......$500.00 (Optional ticked)
Upgrade to 40mm benchtops....$1200.00 (Optional not ticked)
Sub total ...................................$1500.00VANITY (Group Header)
To make and install vanity ...... $800.00
Upgrade 20mm benchtops ......$100.00 (Optional ticked)
Upgrade to 40mm benchtops....$1600.00 (Optional not ticked)
Sub total ...................................$900.00Total Ex Tax ..............................$2400.00

if you tick the “Show subtotals” checkbox in your account settings it should do exactly what you want.

Prospect can change quantities
There doesn't seem to be a way to allow the prospect to change quantities on certain items. I think it would be nice to allow quantity changes on some line items and be able to lock the quantity so it can not change on others.

Record PDF downloads as well as proposal views
One of the most valuable metrics is the number of views a proposal has and the amount of time it was looked at. However we are finding that clients are going to the proposal page and immediately downloading the PDF, so we just get a "viewed for 1 minute" indicator in the stats. Would be very valuable to know if the PDF was downloaded or whether the "viewed for 1 minute" meant that the client hasn't actually looked at it yet.

Proposal expiration date
Dear Nifty Quoter,
Your product looks great and definitely on par and better in many ways than Quote Roller (my current provider). The one challenge I have is that with QR, when I finish creating a quote it asks for an expiration date and that date shows up on my proposals. By doing this, I don't have to worry about client's sending me invalid contracts. With your solution it's suggested I use the proposal date token and put language in referencing an expiration date. It's a manual process I don't need to do with Quote Roller. I would love to…2 votes -

Add cost prices to quotes
It would be reaaally great i I could store the cost price of each item in each quote and even better if this will import across and update the purchases inventory item figure automatically so that we get an accurate and automated profit and loss for each deal won.
Would this be possible?

Please make proposal tags multi select in auto actions
When setting up auto actions I would like to apply that action to multiple proposal tags. Currently it's a single select dropdown.

That you can go to next sections of the proposal scrolling down. It will improve the UI
