  4. Ability for client to be able to login and see all proposals that have been sent to them

    I would love to be able to login to my contractor's accounts that use NiftyQuoter and see all the proposals they have sent to me. Which ones are awaiting review / approval, which ones have been declined, etc. its a pain to try to hunt down the link for each proposal separately.

    I would also like my clients to be able to do the same - login and see all the proposals i have sent them and what their status is.

  5. Add multiple choice [tokens]

    The newly introduced custom token functionality could be enhanced greatly by introducing multiple choice options in stead of the single text boxes.

    For example, when you could have a [version] token with the options "standard", "professional" and "enterprise".

    Also for longer text blocks this would be usable, because you can quickly setup a proposal by selecting the right content, without the need to rewrite the same text over and over.

  7. introduce custom tokens

    It would be great to use custom tokens like:

    [product_version]
    [currentsituation]
    [ERP    system_used]

    In the old way I would search & replace my Word document or use smart objects. In NiftyQuoter currently is see no way to use such "smart" variables

  13. make it possible to add page-breaks

    Sometimes page endings are placed on illogical places (in PDF output).

    For example if there is only one word or phrase on a new page, it is often better to place an entire paragraph on the next page.

    One possible (and flexible solution) would be: the ability to add page-breaks via the text editor.

  15. Implement SSL via letsencrypt or allow upload of own certificates

    Due to Chrome marking anything not SSL encrypted as unsafe from July onwards I would recommend implementing letsencrypt or give us the ability to use our wildcard certificate with you service.

  16. Optional fields on the approve form

    Next to the obligatory signature I would like to see a possibility to fill in (an obligtory) invoice address by the customer. This currently is often overlooked in the e-mail and causes much rework.

  20. hourly pricing

    We have certain services which are billed at an hourly rate as they are utilized. It would be nice to have an hourly option in the quote builder.
