  2. Select a different currency in a proposal

    Sometimes we send proposals in USD or EUR, and sometimes a mix of both in a single proposal, i.e. some items would be in GBP, some in USD. Would be really helpful to be able to select a currency for each line item.

  4. Add ability to put forms within the proposal, ie WooFoo and allow the forms to show if lost

    My idea is to show WooFoo forms in the web version to collect some data. So if the proposal is printed and signed manually the form boxes would show there.
    Also would like to have the ability if somebody turns down the quote a woofoo form would show and collect some data, ie who the other competitors were and their pricing.

  8. Import Google Writing Correction

    Every E-Mail Text by Overview, I have to copy put it in an other Programm for Writing correction.

  10. Force required "Expiration date"

    it could be nice for us to have "expiration date" required before to be able to get the link of the proposal.

  11. Conditional discount rows

    Discount rows would be applied only if the total value of a proposal is higher than a certain value. E.g. apply 20% discount only when the total value (including selected optional items) exceeds $10000.

  13. Prospect activity reports

    What I'd love to see is any type of graphical trending reports such as:

    1) number of people who opened the proposal by day
    2) avg amount of time spent viewing the proposal by day
    3) number of comments posted by day

    That would help us analyze levels of activity by our prospects.

    I could also imagine those specific reports being able to aggregate up for all proposals and being available via the dashboard
