One of the most important features missing is a LINK between proposals revisions
When we make a copy of a revision because customer for example wants to have other prices or other units, there is some features missing:
ability to have a link to the past proposals
ability to automatic create names of proposals based in a reference, like ProposalV1, ProposalV2
and very important, when copy a proposal, software should ask if we want to copy also the conversation and discussions.
We need to know what conversations lead to that particular revision.

Integrate with MS Dynamics CRM. Load accounts/contacts in NiftyQuoter. Close opps in Dynamics when approved in NQ would be nice.

This would be the best feature in the world, some if then programming, If product added then add a text block or add another required product (could be terms and conditions or product description)

Section view reports
I love that we can see which proposals have been viewed. However, I would love it even more if I could get some form of report per proposal or in aggregate which would show me what sections are being viewed, for how long, and how many times. That would help my sales team understand what they might need to reach out to their prospects with

the reason we don’t have section specific stats now is that clients can just scroll through the whole proposal, they don’t have to click on the sections to see them. So it’s hard to track what section are they looking at.
If we did this, the results wouldn’t be too precise, because there are some corner cases: two sections displayed at the same time, (fast) scrolling back and forth etc. -
hidden pricing
We often quote a number of services giving a sum total rather than list all the line items, if we could hide the total of the line item and just give this sum this would be very helpful.

Exporting as Word for review/edits... or expand "Discuss" for redlining and add citations.
Assuming your discuss feature allows the note to be attached to a section of text, it would enable an approval with edits. This would avoid the need to export a doc as an editable / redlined Word doc. Could enable versioning this way as well.

Discounts for groups
the discount should apply only to the items above the discount row, up to the group header? Rather than applying it to all items.

Full integration with Zoho CRM
Hi, we are Authorised Consulting Partners for Zoho CRM and we are using NiftyQuoter (which we love) but I have been recommending my CRM clients to use Pandadoc as it integrates seamlessly with Zoho CRM.
Are there any plans for you to further integrate NQ into Zoho CRM?

Add Xero link to Pipedrive deal
Much like a link to the proposal gets posted to the Pipedrive worksheet, a link to the Xero invoice would be helpful to go directly to the invoice without having to use NiftyQuoter as the go-between.

It would be great if you could create an areas we can embed our own tracking scripts like Analytics and Hotjar or if you came up with your own session replay recordings.

Every E-Mail Text by Overview, I have to copy put it in an other Programm for Writing correction.

Is it possible to setup an integration with VTiger crm?
We use VTiger crm for quite some time now and really would not like to go over to another crm as VTiger is extremely customisable but would love it if you can integrate with VTiger. please let us know

REST call action automation
It would be great if we could send a REST call after actions like you currently have automated emails most systems these days accept REST and it would be nice to be able to send a REST call on a quote acceptance to enter the quote details into a system such a project management and initiate a project using this method. Its a simple feature to add and would help with generic system integration

Attach PDF's / Link to Niftyquoter quote from within teamwork
Hi,
It would be great if a PDF of the quote could be attached to the the teamwork project / Like Xero there was a link back to the Niftyquoter quote. To top it off would be the ability for the quote to create lines in Xero Billing according to the niftyquoter pricing tables

Prevent Proposal Cloning
Cloning a new proposal is not always a good idea. Especially in a fast growing business. Expecting the sales person to make a proposal from a fresh template each time means you can keep a single source up to date with the latest information and branding policies. We have encountered a number of incidents where client details have accidently gotten into another's proposal. Also if an error occurs early on it goes into everything after. A simple checkbox in the settings to disable cloning across the account would suffice.
