  3. Automatic proposal status change on full payment to approved

    Hi Nifty,

    Can we please put in code to automatically change proposal statuses to approved when payments have been processed, tallying to the total proposal amount, via Stripe or PayPal buttons?

  4. Know who is visiting our proposal (user, ip, location...)

    When client read our proposal we've got notification by email. It will be nice to understand 'who' is reading the proposal.

    Could we add on these email :
    - IP's client
    - Location's client ?
    - session's client... or some indication to know if there are severals persons reading our proposal in same time. Some organisation just forward email to colleague so we missed individual tracking.

    i would like to see the ability to print out the following:
    1. pdf with the job site directions using (Google Maps).
    2. Scope of work
    3. job images
    4, notes section for Forman

    because this is going to employs it would need to exclude the pricing table and videos ect..

  7. Customized headers on Quote Template

    Hi I think it would be useful if you could amend the displayed field name for the column headers in the quote template. Also some basic spreadsheet arithmetic would be useful.
    I'd like to replicate our configuration spreadsheet that includes some logic that says if the customer orders 2 instances then double the quantities. Something along those lines would be great.

  8. Have an easy way to add or toggle on/off tags in the proposal list.

    I guess I'm like many and have a tag which is linked to a follow up email. In my case it fires 4 days after sending the proposal and it a simple follow up. However in that intervening 4 days I get quite a few questions, etc which make the follow up email redundant. And it's a pain going into each proposal to add/remove the tags.

    It would be much easier if we could add/remove tags from the proposal list.

  10. Husband / Wife

    Would love to see the ability to add another person to customer entry. Have a customer right now who is to sign our proposal, along with their town's permit application and all names have to match. Husband and wife have different last names, same house. Would love to be able to add her to the existing customer entry where I only entered his name originally.

    Also, is this way too much of a stretch? Can you imagine a day when we enter the address and town, and somehow magically, data from USPS.com auto populates their zip code? How much time…

  11. Add multiple pictures in a quote description

    It would be nice to be able to add more than 1 picture to a quote table in the description area. Sometimes you want to do a rollup, with a total cost for a multi part system and it would be nice to be able to use at least 3 graphics in that area. Also, it would be nice to have a few more formatting options in the description areas in the quote table.

  12. allow for the ability to change the way hours add up on a proposal.

    Our company uses hours as a way to describe how much time will be spent on a specific service. When adding hours to a proposal, the cost is separated from the total. For example, If we add 2 line items, one is not "per hour" while the other is. At the bottom of the pricing box, the total will show as $10,000, while the total per hour will show $4000, even though it is really 40 hours at $100 per hour.   14. Allow archiving from proposal overview

    When I want to archive a proposal, usually I put in a note first. Then I have to go back to the proposal list, find it, and archive it. It would be slick to do it right from the overview page.

  15. Allow Manual Triggering Of Auto Actions

    I like auto action feature but it would be great if you could send the reminder on demand vice just based on preset conditions. Sometimes I just want to manually trigger a reminder for specific customers, like a button that says, send reminder on the proposal overview screen. That would be great.

  17. Better manipulation of tables

    1. Ability to add multiple rows rather than single rows
    2. Ability to select columns (can only select rows currently) more like excel
    3. Pressing up or down moves up or down the rows rather than to the previous or next cell

  18. In Pipedrive, allow choice of fields for quote value entries

    We use the "Value" field in Pipedrive to track the deal's profit (we pay commissions on profit) not the total deal amount. We setup a custom field to hold the total deal amount. It would be great in the Pipedrive integration screen if you allowed the user to cross define which fields hold the profit amount of the quote and which field holds the total quote amount.
