  2. Menu should stick to top on mobile

    Hey there! Small change you guys need to make...

    On mobile devices in portrait view, the menu should stick to the top as the user scrolls down. That way, it's easier for them to navigate on smartphones.

  4. Create a phone app & make responsive proposals

    most of my clients view proposals from theor phones. so proposals being responsive is a must. But I would also love a phone app that I can manage my proposals right on my phone when on the go. Even if it is just a viewer to you that. Yes, I can log into nifty colder on my phone in the browser, but it is not responsive and extremely difficult to see and navigate.

  5. Add webhook ability to Auto Actions

    Next to the ability to send emails from Auto Actions I would really love the ability to post to a webhook. I'd like to be able to post relevant data i.e. proposal status, content from approvel fields, rejection reasons into our CRM/ERP when a proposal is approved/rejected. Or post comments etc.

  7. Show margin / markup percentage

    It would be great if NQ could show the margin percentage in addition to the total profit amount. This should be per item, and would be even better if by changing the margin %, the system could automatically calculate the selling price.

  8. Disable Auto Actions on individual proposals.

    If a client will not make a decision for x amount of days, you should be able to disable the auto action (follow up emails) for that particular proposal.

  10. Version Control

    Hello, it would be really good if you could store previous versions of quotes automatically and allow you to roll back if the customer wants say version 3 out of 5. It is very difficult to keep track of this process at the moment.

  11. Ability for client to be able to login and see all proposals that have been sent to them

    Please :)
    I find it a chore to have to track down a url each time i need to view a proposal from my contractors - i assume my clients also find this tedious. The ability to use the new "view all proposals" link to easily see other proposals is a huge help but we need a way for people to easily get there in the first place without having to go find the link in correspondence somewhere.

  12. New "State" options

    Currently we can set proposals to:
    - Draft
    - Sent
    - Viewed
    - Approved
    - Rejected
    (and i suppose there is also expired perhaps)

    Would be great if we could create additional / custom status options that work for our unique situations.

    For me, it would be great to be able to have the following additional status options:
    - Project In Progress
    - Project Complete
    - Project Canceled
    - Project On Hold

    Would be great if we could set custom text and color for each one.

    We're using this tool to create officiel proposal with about 40 pages... It'd be nice to have a bloc with "Table of Content" such in Word ( http://office.microsoft.com/en-001/word-help/create-a-table-of-contents-HA102824256.aspx )

    This would be the best feature in the world, some if then programming, If product added then add a text block or add another required product (could be terms and conditions or product description)

  18. Section view reports

    I love that we can see which proposals have been viewed. However, I would love it even more if I could get some form of report per proposal or in aggregate which would show me what sections are being viewed, for how long, and how many times. That would help my sales team understand what they might need to reach out to their prospects with

    Hello,

    the reason we don’t have section specific stats now is that clients can just scroll through the whole proposal, they don’t have to click on the sections to see them. So it’s hard to track what section are they looking at.
    If we did this, the results wouldn’t be too precise, because there are some corner cases: two sections displayed at the same time, (fast) scrolling back and forth etc.

  19. hidden pricing

    We often quote a number of services giving a sum total rather than list all the line items, if we could hide the total of the line item and just give this sum this would be very helpful.

  20. Exporting as Word for review/edits... or expand "Discuss" for redlining and add citations.

    Assuming your discuss feature allows the note to be attached to a section of text, it would enable an approval with edits. This would avoid the need to export a doc as an editable / redlined Word doc. Could enable versioning this way as well.
