  5. Section view reports

    I love that we can see which proposals have been viewed. However, I would love it even more if I could get some form of report per proposal or in aggregate which would show me what sections are being viewed, for how long, and how many times. That would help my sales team understand what they might need to reach out to their prospects with

    Hello,

    the reason we don’t have section specific stats now is that clients can just scroll through the whole proposal, they don’t have to click on the sections to see them. So it’s hard to track what section are they looking at.
    If we did this, the results wouldn’t be too precise, because there are some corner cases: two sections displayed at the same time, (fast) scrolling back and forth etc.

  6. Add multiple pictures in a quote description

    It would be nice to be able to add more than 1 picture to a quote table in the description area. Sometimes you want to do a rollup, with a total cost for a multi part system and it would be nice to be able to use at least 3 graphics in that area. Also, it would be nice to have a few more formatting options in the description areas in the quote table.

  7. In Pipedrive, allow choice of fields for quote value entries

    We use the "Value" field in Pipedrive to track the deal's profit (we pay commissions on profit) not the total deal amount. We setup a custom field to hold the total deal amount. It would be great in the Pipedrive integration screen if you allowed the user to cross define which fields hold the profit amount of the quote and which field holds the total quote amount.

  8. One of the most important features missing is a LINK between proposals revisions

    When we make a copy of a revision because customer for example wants to have other prices or other units, there is some features missing:


    • ability to have a link to the past proposals


    • ability to automatic create names of proposals based in a reference, like ProposalV1, ProposalV2


    • and very important, when copy a proposal, software should ask if we want to copy also the conversation and discussions.


    We need to know what conversations lead to that particular revision.

  10. New "State" options

    Currently we can set proposals to:
    - Draft
    - Sent
    - Viewed
    - Approved
    - Rejected
    (and i suppose there is also expired perhaps)

    Would be great if we could create additional / custom status options that work for our unique situations.

    For me, it would be great to be able to have the following additional status options:
    - Project In Progress
    - Project Complete
    - Project Canceled
    - Project On Hold

    Would be great if we could set custom text and color for each one.

  12. Select a different currency in a proposal

    Sometimes we send proposals in USD or EUR, and sometimes a mix of both in a single proposal, i.e. some items would be in GBP, some in USD. Would be really helpful to be able to select a currency for each line item.

  14. Show Expenses Totals along with total and profits

    Would be great if in the list view where it shows the numbers for Proposal Total and Proposal Profit, for it to also list the numbers there for the Expenses. I find myself constantly pulling out the calculator to grab that number. would be so helpful to be able to quickly see it in the list along with the other numbers.

    Would also be great to see the expenses total at the bottom of the quote creation form along with the total and the profit figures.

    And lastly, it would be great if the grouped areas in the quote form…

  16. Zoho Books Integration

    Hi there. The ability to integrate with Zoho Books to create invoices like with Freshbooks would be amazing. I don't think Freshbooks is doing that well, to be honest. They have just announced a boost in pricing for all Freshbooks classic users. I suspect a lot of people will be moving away from it and to alternatives like Zoho Books. Zoho Books also is rated quite highly from sources such as PCMag. They say that it is equivalent to Quickbooks Online. So, I think this integration would make a lot of people happy.

  18. To allow setup of folders within File Manager to store images and otehr collateral

    AT present all your proposal collateral by way of images are held within a single folder on the file manager. For organisation purposes it would be far better if we could create sub folders relating to individual clients or categories of images to be uploaded.

    It would be great to have price templates fed directly from google spreadsheets. I currently have to export each one to csv, then import them on Niftyquoter every time I change prices.

  20. Allow Manual Triggering Of Auto Actions

    I like auto action feature but it would be great if you could send the reminder on demand vice just based on preset conditions. Sometimes I just want to manually trigger a reminder for specific customers, like a button that says, send reminder on the proposal overview screen. That would be great.
