  1. ability to archive multiple proposals by selecting multiple

    I've got 6 pages of proposals to manage (from my two sales folk). I want to be able to select multiple proposal and delete/archive. Currently you can only do it one by one?

  3. Add 'background colour' to text formatting options

    While formatting text in proposals, please add option add a background colour to text.

    This will help the appearance of text over background images in themes.

  4. Know who is visiting our proposal (user, ip, location...)

    When client read our proposal we've got notification by email. It will be nice to understand 'who' is reading the proposal.

    Could we add on these email :
    - IP's client
    - Location's client ?
    - session's client... or some indication to know if there are severals persons reading our proposal in same time. Some organisation just forward email to colleague so we missed individual tracking.

  7. Button to collapse all quotes details

    My quotes have a lot of lines, and I'm often pressing 'Save'... so, all my quotes table details are expansed each time, I press 'Save'.

    Could you add an link/button to collapse everything at once ? It'd be very useful. thanks

  12. Full integration with Zoho CRM

    Hi, we are Authorised Consulting Partners for Zoho CRM and we are using NiftyQuoter (which we love) but I have been recommending my CRM clients to use Pandadoc as it integrates seamlessly with Zoho CRM.
    Are there any plans for you to further integrate NQ into Zoho CRM?

  13. LET ACTION LOGS BE DOWNLOADABLE MANUALLY

    When the client clicks on "accept proposal" there is the possibility to add text fields to sign it.

    In our case, we ask for billing information, and it would be great if this information could be added to the proposal field or at least downloadable.

  15. Allow custom classes for custom CSS on blocks

    Ability to have each block have a unique tag for unique styling, for example if I wanted to have my pricing table in 3 columns I could assign float left, middle and right to each uniquely classed pricing table.

  16. disable viewing approved proposals

    Our clients are able to pull up our contracts when they are no longer our clients. They can still download them and pass them along to other vendors with information about our methods, strategy, and more. The expiration date feature only allows us to block proposals from being viewed but it doesn't block approved proposals.

  17. Add ability to put forms within the proposal, ie WooFoo and allow the forms to show if lost

    My idea is to show WooFoo forms in the web version to collect some data. So if the proposal is printed and signed manually the form boxes would show there.
    Also would like to have the ability if somebody turns down the quote a woofoo form would show and collect some data, ie who the other competitors were and their pricing.

    1. Ability to add multiple rows rather than single rows
    2. Ability to select columns (can only select rows currently) more like excel
