  1. Discounts for groups

    the discount should apply only to the items above the discount row, up to the group header? Rather than applying it to all items.

  2. Supplier Info

    Hi,

    In the proposal tab a supplier field would be great to add the supplier costs and who is the supplier, but these info shows just to the user to make easier to track supplier/costs used in the proposal.

  3. Word Export Option

    See if DocRaptor or another plugin/service can help to enable MS Word exports. As much as we hate word, some attorneys want our agreements in word so that they can mark them up for changes.

  4. Add accordion sections as an element

    We sell SEO and related online marketing services, which tend to have a long list of deliverables. This is not such a big deal when the proposal is only for a single service. However, when a prospect requires more than one service (ex: web design, SEO and PPC), this can make a proposal extremely long and that is very overwhelming to the prospect (we have surveyed this and it was nearly unanimous).   6. Add a token for the total amount of discounts

    It would be helpful to add a token of the total amount of discounts given in the quote so you can reference it in your text.

    gostaria de sugerir de cadastrar modelos de conteúdos para propostas, para quando for criar um modelo de proposta eu possa usar o modelo de conteúdo também, e quando eu atualizar o modelo do conteúdo que também atualize para todos os modelos de proposta.

  8. Ability to mark client as tax exempt

    We have quite a few customers that are tax exempt organizations. It would be nice to be able to mark the client as tax exempt (or even to set a tax rate) and not have to remember to go through each line item on a quote to set tax to 0%. It looks very unprofessional if we miss something and they think we do not care enough to make their quotes accurate.

  9. Prevent Proposal Cloning

    Cloning a new proposal is not always a good idea. Especially in a fast growing business. Expecting the sales person to make a proposal from a fresh template each time means you can keep a single source up to date with the latest information and branding policies. We have encountered a number of incidents where client details have accidently gotten into another's proposal. Also if an error occurs early on it goes into everything after. A simple checkbox in the settings to disable cloning across the account would suffice.

  10. Possibility to select gender as a token

    This would give the possibility to personalize much more the proposal an also the mail-contact to the client.

  11. Boxed / Grid display style for proposals list

    Would be great to have some different display styles for the proposals list. i.e. i personally would really like to see a boxed/grid type display:

    Tile / card / boxed / grid view: each proposal as a box showing:
    - company / proposal name
    - created date
    - [state] date (i.e.: approved date, etc)
    - tag/s
    - totals: proposal total, expenses total, profit total

    With the ability to group by company, sort by date, and other grouping and ordering options.

    Hover over the boxes and get the button/links (overview, quote, content, preview, clone, archive, delete) - or have these buttons…

  12. disable viewing approved proposals

    Our clients are able to pull up our contracts when they are no longer our clients. They can still download them and pass them along to other vendors with information about our methods, strategy, and more. The expiration date feature only allows us to block proposals from being viewed but it doesn't block approved proposals.

  14. Allow prepopulation of proposal via url parameters

    Hi,
    I want to reduce double entry by pre-filling a proposal form from our CRM. The idea would be I'd click on a link like niftyquoter.com/newproposal?firstname=Bat&last_name=Man&email=batman@robinsucks.com&phone=3214324324&company=The Dark Night

    and it would pre-fill a proposal with those details.

  15. Require approval before pay button is active

    I find that customers sometimes get confused and do not use the approve button but go ahead and pay for their quote. It would be great if the pay button was disabled until the quote was approved.

    Also if you could add a status of Paid that follows Approved to show that they not only approved but have successfully paid with an approval.

  17. discussion inbox widget

    It would be awesome guys if you added some sort of inbox widget to the dashboard where we would be able to see any new comments left by clients, and be able to hit reply and answer it right there within the window or modal popup. It would only show those that are new and we have not responded to yet.

  20. control over page numbering

    Great job with this app! Very well done and good fit with workflow and configurability.

    Suggestions:
    1. I would like to be able to avoid having the page number on the cover page - it shouldn't go there.

    1. Would like to be able to format the footer like you can in Word, so i could put a small logo in the right and "page: [page#]" in the left, for example.

    2. Please also implement table of contents functionality. This is a requirement for long proposals and really necessary for a professional looking document.
